Hue by bike – Discover Phuoc Tich village and Tam Giang lagoon

THROUGH HUE BY BIKE TOUR, YOU WILL DISCOVER

Our guide will meet you in front of your hotel for an excursion away from the city center. Go to the village of Phuoc Tich which is 40 km from Hue and discover this ancient village untouched by modernization. The peaceful and quiet village of Phuoc Tich is home to 27 ” Nha Ruong ” (traditional houses of Hue) and gardens with unique architectural elements. Stroll around the village and listen to our guide telling you about the village history, the architecture of the houses and the local life here. Meet Mrs. Kieu in her traditional house to learn how to make “banh gai”, tasty cakes from Central Vietnam.

Return to your bike and keep pedaling to Tam Giang lagoon which translates literally into Vietnamese: three rivers, which takes its source from the mouth of the three rivers: Perfume River , Bo River and Ong Lau River. On the way, stop to visit Quan Cong village before continuing to the destination, where you will have lunch at a local restaurant and enjoy the delicious fresh seafood caught directly at the lagoon. After lunch, you will board a local boat for a cruise in the Lagoon for breathtaking landscapes and meet families living in the area.

Finally, our driver will drive you to your hotel in Hue to end this day of discovery.
