THROUGH THE HONEYMOON IN THAILAND TOUR, YOU WILL DISCOVER

Day 1: Arrive Bangok (D)

On arrival, we will arrange fast-track for your immigration process. You will be then introduced to your local guide and transfer to the hotel on a private car. Check in the beautiful hotel & have some relaxation.

In the evening, set off out driving though Bangkok’s old quarters, visit Grand Royal Palace, and Ratchadamnoen Avenue all in dramatic lighting. At the end, enjoy a tasteful traditional Thai welcome dinner with the amazing backdrop of the Rattanakosin skyline.

Day 2: Bangkok city tour (B, L)

Today you will visit highlight destinations in Bangkok. Depart in time to get to Wat Pho to observe the morning chanting ceremony. After this, visit the temple and the reclining Buddha, the most famous one in Thailand. Stroll to the Grand Royal Palace, Thailand’s most iconic landmark. Finally, admire the Emerald Buddha statue, one of Thailand’s most respectful Buddha images.

After lunch, board a 2 hour cruise on private tradition style boat on the Chao Phraya and enter the quiet canals away from the glittery modern Bangkok’s skyscrapers. Visit the most famous landmark of Bangkok – Wat Arun temple. Continue your Bangkok exploration going down to China town to walk through Yaowarat Road, meet some locals and taste some Chinese tea with them before going to Trok Leng Moi Eia and Talad Kao for a colorful local market where fresh foods and fruits, Chinese medicine are on displayed.

Return to the hotel and overnight in Bangkok.

Day 3: Bangkok – Jim Thompson house (B, L)

This half-day tour whisks you away to your hotel for a visit to one of Bangkok’s best-loved attractions: the Jim Thompson House. Upon arrival at the building complex, tucked away down a quiet alley near Siam, you’ll notice the house’s stunning traditional Thai design, complete with a fine array of art and fabrics dotted around the living areas inside. You’ll also learn more about the interesting Thai history behind the house and the legacy left behind by Thompson, who was a pioneer in Thai silk and now often credited with reviving the dying industry – as well as working secretly as a CIA operative at the same time.

Onsite is The Jim Thompson Art Center, where you can find some excellent exhibits and galleries showcasing the best of Jim Thompson’s work. There’s also time to check out the Art Center, which provides educational programs, resources and an adjacent library (William Warren Library). This half-day concludes with private transportation taking you back to your hotel in Bangkok.

Free time in the afternoon. You can request a spa from your hotel to relax.

Day 4: Bangkok – Fly to Chiang Mai (B,D)

Enjoy breakfast and be transferred by private car to the airport to take flight to Chiang Mai. On arrival, after a quick baggage clearance, be met by your guide and transferred by a private vehicle to the hotel.

During the afternoon, Chiang Mai exploration will cover old citadel, gates, markets and residential places. First, visit historic Wat Jed Yod and Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a sacred temple in the northern region of Thailand. From the temple, enjoy the panoramic view of Chiang Mai’s outskirt.

In the evening when the city light up, attend a sacred blessing ceremony while observing the monks’ chanting ceremony.

Following, enjoy a Khantoke dinner accompanied by traditional music and Thai folk dance.

Day 5: Local marriage in Chiang Mai (B,L)

Early morning, receive your breakfast box at the hotel, guide and private car will be ready to and transfer you to a beautiful wooden house in a nice garden. The house is built in traditional Lanna style to keep the authenticity for the Lanna wedding ceremony.

Upon arrival, you will be dressed in “Lanna” wedding costumes for the special wedding ceremony. Your soul will be enlightened to enhance your marriage and happy life by the master monk. The monk blesses you with holy water and ties a symbolically ‘binding’ yarn around your wrists. At the end, your Lanna wedding ceremony is meaningful as you plant a tree of love in the garden.

At the house, enjoy your lunch with “Khao Soy” lunch. The dish is curry noodles typically cooked to represent for Thai northern cuisine.

Have free time to relax at the hotel.

Day 6: Chiang Mai – Chiang Dao elephant camp (B, L)

Enjoy your hotel breakfast then transfer to the Elephant Discovery Camp. Upon arrival, meet the mahout to gain some introduction about the elephant’s story and their behavior. With the assistance from the mahouts enjoy riding them or help them to bathe in the pond. Put a hand in helping to prepare food or dessert for them. Enjoy lunch in the camp before returning to the hotel.

Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 7: Chiang Mai – Fly to Bangkok – Fly to Krabi – Koh Lanta (B)

Be transferred to the airport for the flight to the sunny and tropic Koh Lanta island. On arrival at Krabi airport your guide and driver will be waiting for you and transfer you further south by both car and speedboat to your Resort & Spa on Koh Lanta. The resort & spa accommodation has been carefully selected featuring tranquility, sunshine, a white sand beach and away other hotels to make it peaceful holiday for the honeymooners.

Days 8, 9, 10: Koh Lanta (B)

Day 11: Koh Lan – Krabi – Fly to Bangkok – Departure (B)

Today, depart from Koh Lanta to take the flight back to Bangkok then connect the international flight back to your country.
