THROUGH HOI AN COOKING CLASS TOUR, YOU WILL DISCOVER
After breakfast, visit Hoi An colorful market where locally grown herbs and fresh ingredients are sold and used in Central Vietnamese cuisine. Purchase some for yourself before heading to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Here, under the guidance of the chef, you will tour the herb gardens to learn more about the ingredients, herbs and note which mingle well with which in creating the dramatic flavours of Hoi An cuisine in Cao Lau, Fried Wonton… After putting effort and new found knowledge into cooking, it is time to savour your dish of own creation with a well deserved bottle of beer or glass of wine. Afterwards, return to the hotel for the rest of the day is at your own use.
