THROUGH CAT TIEN NATIONAL PARK DISCOVERY, YOU WILL EXPLORE
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Cat Tien national park (L, D)
Transfer to Cat Tien from Ho Chi Minh City. Covering an area of over 700 km², Cat Tien is one of the largest tropical rainforest lands in Vietnam. After arriving, embark on a light trek in the magical forest then trek back to the lodge before dark.
Tonight, after dinner, enjoy a nightly forest experience. With a headed spotlight, see some Southeast Asian nocturnal creatures.
Overnight at Forest Floor Lodge – Cat Tien National Park.
Day 2: Cat Tien national park (B, L, D)
After breakfast, commence a short transfer of 8 km, after that trek to the “crocodile lake” to see varieties of birds and perhaps even the Siamese crocodile if lucky. These crocodiles are very rare to be seen in the wild and they are in endangered situation and this is only one destination in the world where they can be seen in the wild.
In the afternoon, enjoy free time at leisure.
Overnight at Forest Floor Lodge – Cat Tien National Park.
Day 2: Cat Tien national park – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
Enjoy breakfast then visit an Endangered Primate Centre or the Bear Rescue Centre where the bears or the endangered primates are rescued from black market, cages and they will be then rehabilitated.
After the visit, return to Ho Chi Minh City.
